Another Charming Laneway House from Small Works in Vancouver

We’ve shared a Laneway house from Small Works with you before when we first told you about the Canadian trend for small guest houses and now we have another one to show you! This adorable home is 670 square feet and has the look and feel of a traditional house in a much smaller footprint. We especially love the neutral colors with the bright pop of red on the door and immaculate landscaping which all adds up to some serious curb appeal!

Inside, the home is mostly neutral with some red accents just like the exterior of the home. The kitchen has tons of white cabinets with stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher! The tiled backsplash brings in fun pops of color to the otherwise white room.

On the other side of the kitchen area is a dining room with built-in storage around the wall that encloses the half bathroom. Inside the slim bathroom, you have even more storage plus a wall-mounted sink and a flushable toilet.

The home has two bedrooms that sleep up to three guests. The first bedroom has a sliding pocket door to save on floor space and a daybed with storage drawers sits against the wall. The second bedroom is down the hall and has a full bed with a night stand. Both rooms have plenty of natural light thanks to the windows and overhead light fixtures.

The main bathroom is off of the master bedroom and it has a tiled shower stall, flushable toilet, and sink vanity.
